Marketing Partners & TCPA Disclosure
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This page explains who may contact you when you submit a request through Work Injury Claim Center, and the consent that applies. It is the “list” referenced in our request forms.
Participating Attorneys & Marketing Partners
When you submit a request, your information may be shared with one or more of the following so we can connect you with help:
- Participating attorneys and law firms that handle workers' compensation matters and are licensed in your state;
- Lead-management and marketing partners that route your request to the right attorney; and
- Call-routing partners that connect your call.
We work with a network of such partners, and the specific partners may change over time. To request the current list of partners that may contact you, email support@workinjuryclaimcenter.com and we'll provide it.
Your TCPA Consent
This Applies in All States
This consent is intended to satisfy applicable federal and state telephone-consumer-protection and autodialer laws in all fifty states, including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and the autodialer statutes of states such as Oklahoma and Washington.
How to Opt Out or Revoke Consent
You can revoke consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, ask any caller to place you on their internal Do Not Call list, email support@workinjuryclaimcenter.com, or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form. Revoking consent will not affect any service you have already received.
