The Service
Work Injury Claim Center is a free attorney-matching service. We are not a law firm, we are not a government agency, and we do not provide legal advice. We help connect injured workers with independent attorneys and law firms licensed in their state. We do not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case, or any particular result.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting a request or using the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any such relationship is formed only by a separate agreement between you and an attorney.
Eligibility & Your Submissions
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. By submitting your information you agree to be contacted as described in our Partners & Consent page and Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by SSUI and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSUI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or services of any attorney. Our total liability will not exceed one hundred dollars (US$100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSUI from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
